Shipping Charges

We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 200 nationwide. This charge is automatically applied at checkout and covers secure packaging and reliable delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, we offer a second delivery attempt under the following conditions:

• Customers must pay 10% of the order value in advance to confirm re-dispatch.
• The remaining 90% payment will be collected by the courier rider upon delivery.

This policy helps us maintain service efficiency and reduce losses due to failed deliveries.
